In this dynamic role, you will oversee the coordination and management of personalized care plans, ensuring resident receive compassionate, high-quality support tailored to his individual needs. Duties
- Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive care plans for resident, incorporating medical, emotional, and social needs
- Supervise and support caregiving staff, ensuring adherence to care protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance measures
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration, health assessments, medication order, catheter care and hospital appointments.
- Monitor resident well-being daily, responding promptly to changes or concerns with proactive solutions
- Lead staff training on best practices and medication management
- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, supervision, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with training policies and record keeping protocol.
Experience
- Proven experience in care environments with a strong background in CP or Autism.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising or managing caregiving teams in a care setting
- Knowledge of care planning processes, medication administration procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Hands-on experience in managing complex care needs such as CP or other cognitive impairments
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with resident family, healthcare providers, and team members
- Familiarity with best practices and risk assessment.

Pay: £19.00-£22.00 per hour
