Are you ready to step into a role where your clinical leadership can make a real difference to your team, your service and the children and young people you support?
As Clinical Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Service Manager and local leadership team to deliver high quality, accessible early mental health and emotional wellbeing support for children, young people and families.
You will help shape a service that is values led, evidence informed and focused on outcomes that matter. You will provide clinical leadership, supervision and governance, helping practitioners deliver safe, consistent and effective support. You will play a key role in service development, quality improvement, safeguarding, risk management and clinical audit, while supporting the team to respond to changing needs and priorities.
You will be a visible, trusted and supportive leader, working closely with practitioners, colleagues and partner agencies. You will contribute to workforce development, training, practice development and performance, while building strong relationships across services to improve pathways and outcomes for children and young people.
If you are passionate about early intervention, believe in developing people and want to help shape a service that children, young people and families can rely on, we would love to hear from you.
