Job Overview:
Century 21 Heston is currently seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
Within this position, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, from generating leads and conducting property viewings to negotiating offers and closing deals. We are looking for someone who not only has a strong understanding of the property market but also possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in such a way to provide a professional environment for clients and vendors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide support to clients by providing information on properties, listings, etc.
- Assist clients with viewing properties and/or show homes.
- Assist with marketing properties by providing photos, videos, and other marketing materials to realtors, brokers, and listing companies.
- Prepare contracts/brochures for showing homes to buyers and sellers.
- Generating new leads and maintaing company canvassing/touting standards.
- Working towards targets and meeting KPI's.
- Managing & maintaing a pool of buyers and ensuring requirements are met/fulfilled.
- Liasing with vendors directly and negotiating to close sales.
- Keep up to date on local real estate trends and market conditions through news articles, magazines, newsletters, government publications, local government agencies etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or owner.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate experience required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure of deadlines.
- Detail oriented with high attention to accuracy and quality of work produced.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred but not required.
- Profficient telephone & email manners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,811.00-£83,500.00 per year
