We require an enthusiastic experienced Head chef who is passionate about food for our busy traditional country pub just 20 minutes from Harrogate & 10 minutes from Ripon
You will develop & prepare seasonal menus, whilst controlling ingredient stocks & costs.
You must be hardworking, flexible & able to produce hearty food from locally sourced fresh ingredients, from pub classics to exciting new dishes for our specials board.
Motivating & training the rest of the kitchen team is also key to ensure food standards are always maintained.

Your own transport is essential due to our rural location, plus must it be a realistic commuting distance. Ideally locationed around Ripon, Knaresborough & Harrogate or neigbouring villages.
