Charlotte House Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an experienced Bartender to help shape the next stage of our bar offering.
This part-time opportunity is for someone who knows how to create a bar people want to return to. You'll have the confidence and personality to build rapport with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver a level of service that makes every visit enjoyable and memorable.
You'll have strong experience working behind a quality bar, with excellent product knowledge and confidence serving everything from classic cocktails and premium spirits to quality wines and beers. You'll take pride in your craft, maintain consistently high standards and understand that every drink contributes to the overall guest experience.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring it is well stocked, immaculately presented and fully compliant with licensing and food safety requirements. You'll oversee stock ordering, maintain high operational standards and play an active role in developing the drinks offering, identifying opportunities to increase sales and continually enhancing the guest experience.
As the hotel continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to help establish Charlotte House Hotel as one of Lincoln's most desirable destinations for drinks, celebrations and hospitality.
