Purpose of the role;
The purpose of this role is to support the SMT / Production department in producing high-quality PCB assemblies. You will work with our team throughout the manufacturing process and progress to load and programme our SMT machines. Experienced candidates are preferred however training will be provided for the right person.
Key duties & responsibilities;
- Manual Surface Mount PCB soldering to IPC standards
- Manual Through Hole PCB soldering to IPC standards
- Assisting in the operation of SMT equipment, Screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens.
- Optical Inspection to ensure accuracy and quality
- Participate in material kitting and staging to keep production flowing smoothly
- Assembly of standard product
- Follow processes in accordance with quality procedures and documentation
- Completion of production documentation
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Any other reasonable duties
*Salary dependant on experience.
