Darracott Designs is growing. We're about to expand our production line, and we're looking for someone to join us and grow with us — someone hands-on who wants to learn, get stuck in, and make things.
You don't need CNC experience. What you do need is a genuine can-do attitude — that matters more to us than anything on your CV. If you've got the right mindset, we'll teach you the rest.
THE ROLE
- Operating our CNC machine to produce our products (full training given)
- Helping us scale up as production grows
- Physical fitness, such as lifting ready-made products, is a prerequisite.
- Driving is part of the role, so a full driving licence is essential
- Working as part of a small team some days, independently on others
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A can-do attitude — this is the most important thing to us
- A full driving licence
- Reliable timekeeping — someone we can count on to be there
- Adaptable — happy to turn your hand to whatever the day needs
- Comfortable working in a team or on your own
- A trailer (B+E) licence is a bonus, but not essential
