The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role combining logistics, general office support, and customer service.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the sales and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Helps coordinate day-to-day business operations
- Scheduling, stock/orders, suppliers, processes, reporting, resolving operational issues
- Independent decision-making / problem solving
- Ensuring workflows/processes happen as required
- Coordination with other departments (accounts / warehouse)
- Maintenance of internal workflow database (cost profile)
- Analysis and maintenance of current and future material stock
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Professional, reliable, and personable
Previous experience in an engineering or administrative environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
