We specialise in providing efficient, reliable solutions for shipping goods from around the world to their final destinations throughout the continent. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented individual to join our friendly, hardworking team.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth processing and movement of customer parcels. This is a hands‑on position that requires accuracy, initiative, and a positive approach to teamwork. As you develop in the role, you will take on a wider range of responsibilities with increasing complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Parcel processing — Inspecting and assessing parcel contents, updating customer accounts using iShop’s in‑house software, and assigning items to the correct shipping route or manifest.
- Repacking goods — Ensuring items are securely repacked to their original state for safe onward forwarding.
- Warehouse organisation — Allocating parcels to the correct warehouse zones for dispatch to destination countries.
- Loading and unloading — Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vans.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confident computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and a basic understanding of databases.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent).
- Full driving licence (preferred but not essential).
- IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate is an advantage but not required, full training will be provided.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full‑time position – 35 hours

Pay: £25,440.00 per year
