Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, hitting sales targets, and ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. This role requires passion, resilience, and the ability to tackle challenges head-on, all while helping to grow and nurture our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
· Key Holder
Ø Responsible for locking up & opening the store.
· Confident and comfortable with lone working
· Responsible for cashing up/end of day banking.
· General front of house.
Ø Serving each customer to the highest standard.
Ø Providing exceptional customer service & product knowledge.
Ø Selling a variety of retail products & beauty/tanning services.
Ø Welcoming and signing up new clients.
Ø Exceptional customer service skills on the telephone & Face 2 Face.
Ø Stock Merchandising
· Meeting all general expectations of the company.
· Maintaining salon hygiene to the highest standards.
Ø Cleaning sunbeds thoroughly between each customer & at the end of day.
Ø End of day thorough clean down of the store, sunbeds & equipment.
Ø Daily hygiene cleans of the store to the highest standard.
· Taking card, contactless and phone payments.
· Carry out any spray tan service requirements. Must be spray tan trained after probation.
· Attend all training courses provided by the company.
· Follow and comply with all company process.
· Complete any in-store paperwork correctly.
· Work towards Managers expectations including store and personal targets.
· Feedback to store Managers regarding stock levels and any store info they may need to know about.
· Assist in creation of store social posts.
· Dealing with daily customer bookings and payments through the software system.
· Use of Microsoft services and general computer systems.
· Always wear correct uniform and look presentable.
· Provide ongoing support for the customer service associates.
· Provide close and ongoing support for the Managers.
