The Role
We are on the lookout for a commis chef to join the kitchen team in our London Bridge restaurant. Your preparation skills will keep the whole kitchen operation moving smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a kitchen is ideal but not essential. A passion for pancakes is essential!
- You can work safely at speed, taking things up a gear when shifts get busy
- You understand the importance of processes and procedures, and always ensure they are followed and upheld
- You are a real team player and are always looking for ways to support the kitchen team in any way that you can
- You have high attention to detail and care deeply about things being done properly
