Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator / Advisor & Website Coordinator to support our sales operations while maintaining and updating the company website. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient sales administration, accurate customer records, timely processing of enquiries and orders, and keeping website content up to date to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update CRM and customer databases.
- Coordinate customer communications and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Website Management
- Upload and maintain product information, pricing, images, and downloadable resources.
- Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with company branding.
- Monitor website functionality and report technical issues.
- Support website SEO activities including metadata, keywords, and content optimisation.
- Coordinate with external web developers when required.
- Preparing and publishing email campaigns to promote various products.
General Duties
- Maintain accurate company records and filing systems.
- Support business development activities.
- Assist with social media content updates where required.
- Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Support role.
- Experience updating and managing websites using content management systems (CMS) such as WooCommerce.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
Desirable
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience creating marketing content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other website reporting tools.
