About This Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a lady in her 60s with complex clinical care needs, who lives at home with her son.
She enjoys a range of meaningful activities, has developed positive relationships with her care team, and values opportunities to socialise. With support, she enjoys gardening, spending time with others, and taking part in activities that promote her independence and wellbeing.
As part of this role, you will encourage and support her to continue participating in her hobbies, interests, and social activities, maintaining a person-centred approach to care. You will also provide support with all aspects of personal care, safe moving and handling, transfers, and repositioning in line with her individual care plan, while ensuring her safety, comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing always.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has requested female staff to join their team.
“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”
