We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve business operations. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing teams, managing resources, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure delivery against business objectives.
- Manage, coach, and develop operational teams.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, quality, service levels, costs, and compliance.
- Develop operational plans, processes, and performance-improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, suppliers, and operational risks.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, health and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare clear reports on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support change initiatives, new systems, and business growth.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience managing teams, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
- Excellent planning, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A practical, data-led approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Sound understanding of health and safety, quality management, risk, and compliance.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies is desirable.
