This listening bar is set to be a truly unique concept, bringing together the owners’ shared love of music, food and hospitality. The sound system will be a huge part of the experience. After years of searching for the right site, we can’t wait to see this vision come to life.
They’ll be championing some of the most exciting English wines alongside experimental cocktails. The food programme will be influenced by flavours from along the Hippy Trail, viewed very much through a modern London lens, think bold flavours, spice, and casual, fun food. Across the board, this place will work with excellent producers and creatives.
We’re looking for an experienced, intuitive General Manager to lead the site from launch. Alongside a background in restaurants, you’ll be a genuine lover of music with great experience working in venues. Experience with openings would also be a big plus. Culture is of the utmost importance to this place, so somebody who thrives on building a positive, happy working culture within their team will go a long way.
