Heritage Oaks Healthcare are currently working with our Client, Northfield Nursing Home, a well-established care-provider based in Sheffield with a good reputation, who is looking for a full time nurse for day and night shifts.
NIGHT ROLES – FULL TIME CONTRACT - NO SPONSORSHIPS OFFERED
Our client is offering nursing care to its clients, so you must be willing to do all parts of the responsibilities, which are listed below - please note this list is not exhaustive.
- Monitoring and administering medication.
- Liaising with specialists and other professionals.
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of resident care.
- Completing/amending care plans.
- Providing a high standard of quality care to all patients.
- Managing and overseeing tasks carried out by colleagues and ensuring policies and procedures of that client are adhered to.
- Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and follow relevant standards, policies and legislation.
- The client is a well-established nursing home within Sheffield.
