A Exciting new opportunity, within our call centre is now available.
You will be working in the Customer care team for one of the largest Diabetes companies in the country based in Pirbright.
We require someone confident to do some basic outbound calls speaking to customers and receive incoming calls and process orders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receiving In-bound calls from the Public
- Dealing with general queries
- Troubleshooting
- Making out bound calls to clients
- Data processing
Applicants must be:
- Well organised, with the ability to work proactively in a team, in a busy environment.
- Capable of building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Quick learner - ability to learn new skills and retain knowledge.
- Able to show good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and PC skills.
- Excellent telephone manner
Customer service and admin experience is desirable.
Candidate must hold a full UK driving Licence due to location.
Working hours will be 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
