As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating this environment. This isn't simply about overseeing shifts or ensuring tasks are completed. It's about leading by example, building a strong and supportive team culture and helping staff understand the needs behind behaviour. Through your leadership, you will help create consistency, stability and positive outcomes for young people who need them most.
The children we care for may have learned through previous experiences that adults cannot always be trusted. Building those relationships takes patience, empathy, resilience and consistency. As a Team Leader, you'll help guide and support your team through both the rewarding moments and the challenges, ensuring young people receive the nurturing and therapeutic care they deserve.

Alongside providing direct support to young people, you will lead shifts, support the development of colleagues, oversee the daily running of the home, contribute to care planning, role model good practice and help ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will play a key role in creating positive experiences, supporting education, independence, health needs, family relationships and helping young people achieve their individual goals.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, regular supervision, annual appraisals and ongoing opportunities for professional development. Our dedicated Therapeutic Training Manager delivers bespoke training that remains fresh, meaningful and focused on real-life practice, helping you continue to develop as a leader.
You will also have access to a dedicated Education Manager, Training Manager, Compliance Team, HR Team, IT Support Team, a hands-on Responsible Individual and a hands-on Head of Service. Whether it's support with inspections, quality assurance, staff development or achieving positive outcomes for young people, you'll never be expected to do it alone.

- Sleep ins paid hourly at £8.91 per hour
Desirable:
- Completed, or working towards the Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care or equivalent at atleast 50%
Essential:
- Driving Licence
- Able to work flexible hours, inclusive of weekends and one sleep in per week
- Applicants aged 21 and above
- At least 1 years full time experiance in Residential Childrens Homes
