Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables with enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is highly desirable
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Experience in catering or serving at events will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences is highly valued
