Location: Telford, Shropshire (Office Based)
Salary: £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Rapid Career Progression

GDSM Recruitment is looking for a top-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another desk.

You'll be responsible for launching and growing a cold desk across one or more of the following sectors:
- Commercial
- Healthcare
- Manufacturing
- Industrial
- Warehousing

What You'll Be Doing
This is a true 360 recruitment role.
You'll have complete ownership of your desk from day one, including:
- Winning new business through proactive sales and relationship building.
- Building and managing your own client portfolio.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement.
- Negotiating terms, rates and fees.
- Growing your desk into a high-performing, profitable division.
- Becoming the recognised specialist within your market.

We're Looking For
This role is for recruiters who genuinely believe they're among the best.
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- At least 2 years' continuous service with your current or previous recruitment employer.
- Proven track record of billing and winning new business.
- Experience developing and growing recruitment desks.
- Excellent knowledge of your chosen recruitment sector.
- Full UK driving licence.
