Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Stock Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part packaging team within our facility, ensuring that all products are packaged efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production processes.
General Areas of Responsibility
- Collate packaging requirements for the Weston site, organising transport where applicable.
- Collate surplus packaging returns from the production lines.
- Cycle counts, period end and additional stock counts as and when required.
- Update of data on the IFS system.
- Add / amend product structures on IFS as required.
- Control Expense items, place orders to replenish as required.
Principle Accountabilities
- Assist pre-prep team and ensure packaging is prepped in line with anticipated demands.
- Locate, check, book-in and arrange storage of new deliveries at Weston.
- Liaise with Packaging colleagues at other Flamingo Sites regarding packaging transfers between sites.
