Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Evening & Weekend Security Host to help ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of the club during busy periods. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming presence for members and guests while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
An SIA Door Supervisor licence is preferred; however, applications from individuals with relevant experience who are willing to obtain the qualification will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor access to the club, ensuring only authorised members and visitors enter the premises.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Assist in managing customer behaviour and resolve issues with tact and professionalism.
- Support the Duty Manager with closing procedures and securing the premises.
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
- Assist with club events to ensure they run safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance or safety hazards to the relevant department.

Desirable Qualifications
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (preferred).
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, leisure, or customer service.
- Experience working within a members' club, hospitality, or event venue.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
