About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager who can take ownership of operational performance process improvement and cross functional delivery across the business.
You will work closely with technology commercial customer service and support teams to ensure day to day operations run smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency service quality and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee day to day business operations and ensure key processes are completed accurately efficiently and within agreed service standards.
Performance Management: Monitor operational targets productivity service levels and quality measures and take action where performance needs improvement.
Process Improvement: Review existing workflows identify inefficiencies and implement practical changes that improve speed consistency and service quality.
Team Coordination: Coordinate operational priorities across multiple teams and ensure responsibilities timelines and expectations are clearly understood.
Service Delivery: Maintain high standards of internal and customer facing service and ensure operational issues are resolved effectively.
Resource Planning: Support workload planning capacity management and allocation of operational resources based on business priorities.
Risk Management: Identify operational risks investigate recurring problems and coordinate corrective actions to reduce disruption.
Stakeholder Management: Provide clear updates on operational performance priorities risks and improvement initiatives to internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations business operations service delivery or a closely related environment including experience handling complex operational responsibilities.
Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of workflow management performance monitoring service delivery resource planning and continuous improvement.
Leadership Skills: Able to guide teams coordinate priorities and support colleagues while maintaining clear accountability for results.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable reviewing performance data identifying trends and using operational information to support decisions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Organisation: Able to manage several priorities at once maintain accurate documentation and keep operational activities on schedule.
Problem Solving: Practical calm and solution focused with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.
Tools: Experience with workflow management reporting collaboration CRM or business operations platforms is preferred.
Mindset: You are proactive commercially aware and improvement focused. You take ownership of operational challenges make informed decisions and continually look for ways to improve efficiency service quality and business performance.
Pay: £4,300.00-£5,200.00 per month
