We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and innovative Mixologist / Bartender for our new venture opening in Canary Wharf, London.
We are looking for passionate bartenders with strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and modern bar service. The successful candidate should be confident preparing a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Prepare syrups, infusions, garnishes and other cocktail ingredients as required.
- Assist with creating new and innovative cocktails and seasonal beverage menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety and cleaning procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with alcohol and beverage inventory.
- Ensure the bar is properly stocked before, during and after service.
- Prepare and maintain garnishes and keep the garnish station fully stocked.
- Follow all licensing laws and responsible alcohol service procedures, including checking identification where required and refusing service when appropriate.
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to all guests.
- Work closely with the restaurant and management team to ensure smooth service.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: £13.00–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tronc/service charge
