About Gracelands CMS Ltd
Gracelands CMS Ltd (Gracelands) is a family run business based in Cheshunt (EN8). The business was established in 2003 and specialises in Gas Heating and Hot Water, Electrical Installation & Testing Works, Property Maintenance & Disabled Adaptations.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced labour only, Subcontractor - Kitchen Fitter/Multi to complete installations including:
- Full rip-outs
- Tilling
- Decorating
- Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Flooring
The work is predominantly in the Welwyn/Hatfield area and are for housing associations and council properties.
All of our electrical & gas heating works are carried out by our in-house teams.
Essential skills/experience
- Full UK driving Licence
- Own Vehicle
- Own Tools
- Preferably local to the Welwyn Hatfield areas
- Professional & Reliable
Pay
This will be Labour Only - Price work
£1350 per Kitchen + additional pay for extras
