In the role ofDelivery Supervisor working inDenver, CO, you will be part of theCoors Distributing Company (CDC) Delivery Team. You will lead and develop a team of delivery drivers while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of products to retailers throughout the Denver Front Range market. You will drive performance, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting employee development and operational excellence.
This position reports to theDelivery Manager and works closely with delivery drivers, driver leads, sales representatives, retailers, safety teams, and distribution leadership across the organization.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead and develop a team of delivery drivers through coaching, performance management, career development conversations, and regular one-on-one meetings.
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of products throughout assigned territories while maintaining adherence to DOT, OSHA, and company standards.
- Build strong partnerships with drivers, sales representatives, and retail customers to address concerns and deliver exceptional service.
- Drive operational excellence through quality audits, safety investigations, process improvements, and accountability for performance standards.
Key Ingredients:

- You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field OR equivalent experience is preferred.
- You have experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a delivery, transportation, logistics, or consumer products distribution environment.
- You have prior experience as a Delivery Driver in a consumer products distribution environment, preferably within the beverage industry.
- You have working knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws related to the sale and delivery of alcohol products.
- You have working knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA requirements.
- You possess a valid Colorado Class A Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets company guidelines.
- You communicate effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders through in-person interactions, email, phone, and text.
- You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes across multiple teams.
- You take accountability for results, act with integrity, and honor commitments.
- You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Lifting 165 lbs
- Handling 500 to 1,000 cases per day
- Taking product up and down stairs
- Driving in all weather conditions
- You can work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,300.00 - $109,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
