Position: Part-Time

Job Description
Rinse Dental is a growing independent private dental practice in Milton Keynes with a strong hygiene-led philosophy, modern clinical environment and patient-first approach.
Following the expansion of our general dentistry services, we are looking for an ambitious and personable Associate Dentist to join our growing family-owned team for one day per week initially, with the opportunity to increase days as the practice continues to expand.
We already have an established hygiene-led patient base and are actively growing our general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry offering. This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to build a strong private patient base, develop their clinical interests and grow alongside an ambitious expanding practice.
We are particularly interested in clinicians with an interest in:
- Private General Dentistry
- Restorative Dentistry
- Composite Bonding
- Teeth Whitening
- Invisalign / Clear Aligner Treatment
- Smile Makeovers
- Preventive and Minimally Invasive Dentistry
- Digital Dentistry
At Rinse Dental, we focus heavily on creating a calm, premium and welcoming patient experience. We have invested in modern equipment, digital workflows and a beautifully designed clinical environment where patients feel comfortable and clinicians are supported to deliver high-quality dentistry without NHS targets or time pressures.
As a growing practice with an established patient base and more than 170 five-star Google reviews, this is an excellent opportunity for the right clinician to establish themselves within the practice and grow their days as patient demand develops.
Our longer-term plans include further expansion of the practice and increased clinical capacity, creating additional opportunities for the right Associate to grow with us.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fully registered with the GDC
- Has experience working as an Associate Dentist in UK practice
- Has strong private general dentistry skills
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Takes pride in building long-term patient relationships
- Is passionate about high-quality, patient-centred dentistry
- Has an interest in restorative and/or cosmetic dentistry
- Works well within a supportive and collaborative team
- Shares our values of prevention, attention to detail and high standards of care
- Is motivated, positive and interested in growing with the practice long term
- Is comfortable contributing to the development of their own patient base
- Is interested in developing their professional profile and personal brand alongside the practice
What We Offer:
- Fully private practice environment
- Established hygiene-led patient base
- Existing private patient base
- Strong internal referral opportunities
- Modern equipment and digital workflow
- Digital scanning facilities
- Relaxed, premium clinical setting
- Supportive family-owned practice
- Marketing and social media support
- Opportunity to develop cosmetic and restorative dentistry
- Opportunity to grow your personal brand
- Scope to increase clinical days as the practice expands
- Long-term opportunity within a growing independent practice
- Free on-site parking
- Good transport links
The Opportunity
The position is currently available for Thursdays, one day per week initially.
As the practice continues to grow and additional clinical capacity is introduced, there will be scope for the right Associate to increase their days.
We are therefore looking for someone who is not simply seeking an additional day, but who would be interested in becoming an important part of the long-term growth of Rinse Dental.
If you are passionate about private dentistry, enjoy building strong relationships with patients and want to be part of a modern practice with ambitious growth plans, we would love to hear from you.
Please apply with your CV and a short introduction about yourself, your current clinical interests and the areas of dentistry you would like to develop further.
Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
