Job Description – Credit Controller
TLMC (The London Management Company) is an independent residential Property Management company, looking after private UHNW clients in Prime Central London. We operate in the Super Prime & Prime markets in Central London & Surrey with in-house Housekeeping, Specialist Cleaning, Maintenance & Project Management teams. This role would be in our Finance department as a client facing Credit Controller.
We are a fast paced and dynamic environment, and this role is best suited to a team player who has acute attention to detail, is well organised and able to prioritise effectively.
Role and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day credit control and aged receivables across the company departments
- Assist the finance team with various accounting tasks and client communication
- Management of third party finance contractors / debt collection
- Liaison with Heads of Department as required to assist with credit control functions
- Assist with the administration of accounts payable invoicing on company system
- Administration of accounts receivable invoicing on company system
- Support management of client fund accounts in line with account preferences and parameters
- Assist with the creation and distribution of regular client fund accounting, and chasing of the same where required
- Reconciling of incoming and outgoing payments between bank accounts and Xero
- Assist with management regular and non-regular service supplier payments
- Report into the receivables meetings relating to client fund accounts and service fees
- Contribute to composition of annual budgets for clients as required
- Set and manage day to day company internal credit control processes, and schedule accordingly
- Contribute to year end financial administration as required
- Assist in general liaison with the company bank(s) and administration of the same where required
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with ad hoc duties as necessary

- Consistently use and update company systems, (primarily Xero)
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time office based
Employee Benefits:
Salary Range: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year dependent on experience
- 3% Employer Pension contributions on qualifying earnings
- 20 days annual leave per annum in addition to public holidays, rising by 1 year per year worked on the anniversary of employment, capped at 25 days per annum
