Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our apartment /hotel. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes to support operational needs.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Reliable availability for casual shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
