Brooklands Hospital is looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant Apprentices to join our team and work towards a Level 3 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a specialist hospital supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, while developing the skills and knowledge you need for a rewarding career in health and social care.
You don't need previous healthcare experience. We are looking for people who are:

As part of your apprenticeship, you will receive support from experienced colleagues and complete off-the-job learning within your paid working hours.
Brooklands provides care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you will need to be able to work a range of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
