We are seeking a passionate and driven individual looking to start their career in Sales & Marketing.
Reporting directly to Senior Sales and Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily interactions with clients and assisting with any enquiries
- Telephoning clients and prospects to discuss current and future estimates and orders
- Occasional soft canvassing for prospective new clients
- Producing accurate quotations to the clients
- Liaising with customers and ensuring clear instructions are given to the Graphic Designer to ensure the customers order is correct
- Any other administrative tasks required
The ideal candidate shall:
- Ideally have a minimum of 1 year experience working within an office environment (desired)
- Be well organised and self-sufficient
- Be passionate, creative and enthusiastic
- Have fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be an integral part of a small team
- Be confident to talk to clients
- Have received at least C grade or equivalent in English and Maths at GCSE level (required)
