Annual salary: £63,424 - £65,685 (including LW and MS)
Are you an experienced qualified Social Worker looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager to join our Children in our Care Service, within one of our Thrive teams (aged 0-18) to play a key role in shaping the future of our support for children and young people in our care.
As one of our Team Managers, you will lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Senior Social Workers, providing guidance, support, and contributing to their professional development. You will work closely with the Service Manager and the Head of Service to ensure the quality of practice and performance in the team are of a high standard.
You will attend meetings with young people and external partners when required, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs met, whilst driving service development by implementing new processes and updating guidance to improve outcomes.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure children and care leavers receive the best possible support.
You will be a qualified Social Worker with strong leadership skills, possessing experience of managing teams and supporting staff development. You will be passionate about improving services for children and be able to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
We operate on a hybrid working model, with a minimum requirement of three days per week in the office.
