Customer Service Assistant
3 shifts per week (approximately 18 hours per week)
Weekend working is essential in this role
Store opening times: 7.00am-7.00pm

21 years & over £12.71
18-20 years £10.85
Since 1994, CHAT Coffee House & Newsagents has been an independent retailer in the Belfast City Hospital. We work closely with local suppliers to provide top quality coffee, delicious bakery and food-to-go for our NHS workers, patients and visitors.

What is the Role?
You will be:
- delivering excellent customer service to our fantastic loyal & new customers
- making barista style coffees which we will provide full training & support
- displaying & replenishing stock in newsagents & coffee bar throughout the day
- handling Lottery & Scratch Card transactions
- handling cash & card transactions
- part of a small team working together to maintain a hygienically clean & well presented environment
Essential Requirements:
- Over 18 years old
- 1 years' retail or hospitality experience
