Care Navigator
Burnham Health Centre is a progressive training practice of 19,000 patients on the borders of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
This busy practice is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join us as a Care Navigator in our Reception Team. The GP Surgery Reception Team is the first point of contact for patients in a busy general practice. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, handling patient enquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the practice.
We have a part time role to cover. The hours are 7.45am to 6.00pm Monday, Thursday and Friday. Our opening hours which are 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday
The role will involve telephone/front desk
Training and support will be given.
