The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Processing orders to a high level of accuracy i.e. above 98% and within agreed SLAs.
- Proficient use of all internal systems i.e. ERP, CRM, Unity, as well as other external systems, such as web-based portals by transport provider and customers.To investigate complaints when required.
- To liaise with transport agencies, customs clearing agents and customers to export our products.
- To be multiskilled and knowledgeable to cover all areas of customer care within the relevant hub.
- Processing UK and Exports orders.
- Use and follow proficiently all processes and systems as required.
- Complaint handling and support customers.
- Shipping goods, including dangerous goods, worldwide.
Essential criteria for this position are:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional telephone manner
- Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
- Comprehensive process knowledge of internal order management, UK delivery processes and worldwide export delivery processes
- IMDG/ADR awareness
- Sound experience in Exports with an emphasis on Dangerous Goods
- A knowledge of international courier systems
- An understanding of Freight Forwarding
Desirable criteria for this position are:
- A knowledge of Exporting to the USA, producing FDA and 10 + 2 documentation
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Forecasting
- IATA in date training (or ability to gain within 6 months)
Pay: £34,401.00 per year
