We are hiring self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers at our Exeter depot. Work is available all year round, you get paid every week, and you can be on the road within days.
You do not need delivery experience. We train you, and you get paid for your training days.
You do not need to live in Exeter either. Our drivers come in from all over Devon.
What the work involves
- Multi-drop parcel delivery on a set route out of our Exeter depot
- Around 9 hours per route, using a handheld device for navigation and scanning
- Loading your van at the depot, then delivering to homes and businesses
- Full time and part time available, from 3 to 6 routes a week
Pay
You get paid for every route you complete.
Option 1: you have your own van
- £185 to £205 per route, including £1.80 a day towards your phone
- Mileage paid at 25.51p per mile on top
- *£600 joining bonus, subject to terms and conditions
Option 2: rent a van from us
- £185 to £200 per route depending on the van, including £1.80 a day towards your phone
- Mileage paid at 25.51p per mile on top
- *£400 joining bonus, subject to terms and conditions
- Van rental at £110 a week, the lowest weekly rate in the market
VAT registered? We pay the VAT on top of your route rate.
The lowest van rent in the market
Rent one of our vans for £110 a week. That covers the van, the insurance, the maintenance and the wear and tear. Compare it against anything else in last mile delivery and you will not find better.
Weekly performance bonus
Hit your delivery targets and you earn more on top, depending on how many routes you run that week:
- 3 routes: £15
- 4 routes: £25
- 5 routes: £30
- 6 routes: £40
Top Performer bonus, 30 August to 26 December 2026
On top of the weekly performance bonus, we run a Top Performer bonus. Every week in this period, the best performing driver at Exeter gets a full tank of fuel for the following week, on us. That is 17 weeks of it. It goes on delivery performance, so you are in the running from your first week.
What you could earn
Two examples. All of them are before mileage, which is paid on top, and before your own running costs.
Own van, 6 routes at the top rate of £205
- Routes: 6 x £205 = £1,230
- Performance bonus: £40
- Your week: £1,270, plus mileage
Rented van, 6 routes at the top rate of £200
- Routes: 6 x £200 = £1,200
- Performance bonus: £40
- Less van rental: £110
- Your week: £1,130, plus mileage
These are examples, not guarantees. What you earn comes down to how many routes you run, which van you drive, your mileage, your VAT status and your own running costs.

What you need
- A full UK driving licence held for more than 1 year

- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No driving bans or endorsements in the last 5 years
