An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fresh, fast growing financial advice firm in Lincoln for a Mortgage Administrator. You will be a part of our Mortgage Team, supporting each other in a busy office environment, in this office-based role.
You will be exceptionally organised with an excellent attention to detail. You will show confidence on the phone with a friendly, outgoing manner. You will have excellent administrative skills with strong software and digital tools.
You will also have a minimum of 2 full years of mortgage administration experience already, experienced at managing high levels of new business.

Responsibilities ..
- Completing mortgage and protection advice reports and research.
- Speak with lenders and protection providers regarding client-specific scenarios
- Support advisers with more complex cases and problem-solving
- Prepare and manage client communications and supporting documentation
- Submitting mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
- Managing cases from submission through to completion
- Chasing lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases
- Providing regular updates to lenders, solicitors, and clients
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls confidently
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately
- Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Supporting a whole-of-market brokerage operation
We need someone who is able to hit the ground running, but we know that doesn't necessarily mean many years’ of experience. We need a professional with an appetite to succeed and continually establish and cement themselves into this important role.
Attention to detail and high standards of work are a must, with the ability to collaborate and contribute as part of a team as well as being able to deliver on time for tasks they are solely accountable for.
