Julia Garretti Professional Advisory helps organisations improve structures, processes and workforce effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead diagnostic and improvement assignments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct organisational assessments.
- Analyse operating models and workflows.
- Develop improvement recommendations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Produce executive reports.
- Support implementation planning.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in consulting, organisational development or business transformation.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Pay: £60,000.00-£74,000.00 per year
