Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with mobile phones and tablets using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical knowledge.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal hardware parts.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices with precision.
- Perform maintenance on devices to prevent future issues and extend their lifespan.
- Troubleshoot related hardware problems involving computer hardware, networking, or peripheral devices when applicable.
- Follow detailed repair procedures and document all work performed accurately in the repair logs.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge of electronic devices, particularly mobile phones and tablets.
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, prying tools, tweezers, and soldering equipment.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic computer repair techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts relevant to device connectivity and troubleshooting.
- Strong maintenance skills for ongoing device care and preventative repairs.
- Prior experience in equipment repair or electronics repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to repairs.

Pay: £28,420.00-£32,570.63 per year
