Duties include:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with the firm’s growth objectives, service offerings, and target international markets.
- Identify and engage prospective international clients, including families, entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and internationally mobile professionals seeking cross-border advisory and family office support.
- Promote and develop the firm’s services across the United Kingdom and other relevant European jurisdictions, including Turkey, Greece, Malta, Portugal, and other markets, according to clients’ individual circumstances and long-term objectives.
- Understand clients’ cross-border requirements and coordinate appropriate professional resources in relation to immigration, residency and citizenship planning, taxation, investment, business establishment, property, banking, legal services, and other related matters.
- Support clients seeking to establish a personal, family, or commercial presence in the UK or Europe, including UK market entry, business setup, operational planning, relocation, settlement, and administrative coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, authorised programme representatives, law firms, tax advisers, investment professionals, financial institutions, property professionals, and other regulated or specialist service providers across relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external professional advisers to ensure that client matters are handled efficiently, accurately, discreetly, and through appropriate lawful and regulated channels.
- Assist in delivering family office–style support for international families and entrepreneurs, including the coordination of personal affairs, business administration, appointments, documentation, communications, and ongoing organisational requirements.
- Support management consultancy projects involving operational strategy, workflow optimisation, project coordination, business process improvement, market insights, and long-term business planning.
- Provide international client support, including cross-border communication, document coordination, liaison with local professionals, relocation arrangements, and practical assistance for clients adapting to a new country or business environment.
- Support clients in exploring suitable global mobility, residency, citizenship, and investment migration options, including family-inclusive application structures and jurisdiction-specific residency or citizenship pathways.
- Represent the firm at networking events, professional conferences, seminars, industry engagements, client meetings, and partner events in the UK and internationally.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, service summaries, engagement materials, business development communications, and other client-facing documents tailored to each client’s objectives.
- Maintain a detailed and current understanding of the firm’s services, professional network, target jurisdictions, and relevant market developments affecting international families, entrepreneurs, and globally mobile clients.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective clients, referrals, professional contacts, business development activities, and ongoing opportunities.
- Track business development performance, including enquiries, referrals, conversion rates, client engagement, revenue opportunities, and partnership activity, and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure that all business development and client coordination activities reflect the firm’s values of confidentiality, professionalism, regulatory compliance, personalised service, and long-term client partnership.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, international relations, or related field
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, or consultancy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border business environments
- Highly organised and target-driven
Pay: £39,420.00-£55,912.99 per year
