We are seeking a talented, personable Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, alongside strong customer service skills and a professional, proactive attitude.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments while ensuring excellent client satisfaction and hygiene standards at all times.
Responsibilities
- Applying eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail to create customised looks for each client
- Providing professional advice on lash styles, maintenance, and aftercare
- Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a welcoming and relaxing experience
- Managing front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing
- Assisting with social media content creation to promote services and increase brand visibility
- Upselling complementary treatments such as brows, full body waxing, and facial treatments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in line with health and safety standards
- Managing guest services efficiently, ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit
- Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Qualified and experienced Lash Technician
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Experience with social media platforms for service promotion and engagement
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, particularly during busy periods
- Ability to manage appointments efficiently with attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality or guest services is desirable but not essential
- Management or leadership experience is beneficial for future progression
- Confident upselling skills while always prioritising client needs and experience
