Social Media Content Creator
Location: Alcester, Warwickshire
Full-time | Salary dependent on experience
We’re looking for a creative, energetic social media person to grow two connected, but very different, brands.
Wildworx
Wildworx designs and builds bespoke expedition campervans costing £150,000+. Our content shows the engineering, craftsmanship and real decisions behind each build, along with finished van tours, customer stories and off-road adventures.
Play Dirty
Play Dirty sells campervan parts, accessories and outdoor equipment. The content is faster, funnier and more product-focused: new launches, useful tips, workshop experiments, product tests and muddy vehicles.
The role
You’ll be responsible for making both brands impossible to scroll past.
You will:
- Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Film and edit short-form videos in our workshop and on location.
- Turn everyday workshop activity into interesting content.
- Write captions that sound human—not corporate.
- Develop recurring formats, series and content ideas.
- Plan content around new products, van builds, launches and trips.
- Respond to comments and help build an active community.
- Spot trends without forcing the brands to follow every one.
- Work with our YouTube team to reuse long-form footage effectively.
- Track performance and do more of what genuinely works.
We don’t need someone who just schedules posts or makes graphics in Canva. We want someone who can find the story, grab a camera and create the content.
You might be right for us if you
- Have experience growing social media accounts for a brand or creator.
- Can film and edit strong short-form video.
- Understand hooks, watch time, shares and saves.
- Are comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Bring ideas instead of waiting for a content calendar.
- Can switch between a premium £150,000 campervan and a muddy product test.
- Have a good sense of humour without making the brands feel childish.
- Are interested in vehicles, engineering, travel or outdoor life.
- Can move quickly when something worth filming happens.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
You’ll probably enjoy this job if you walk through a workshop and immediately notice five things that could become posts.
We want someone fun, ambitious and genuinely excited by social media—someone who understands that good content should entertain, teach or prove something, not simply remind people that we exist.
Pay: £25,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
