PCB Assembler

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role
As a PCB Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly of electronic products, ensuring work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying solder paste by hand to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Hand placing electronic components onto PCBs.
- Soldering through-hole components as required.
- Working to production schedules while maintaining high quality standards.
- Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in PCB assembly.
- Experience with hand placement of electronic components.
- Experience in hand soldering.

What We Offer
- Monday to Friday working – no weekend shifts.
- 8-hour shifts (8:30am – 5:00pm).
- 20 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
- An additional day's holiday for each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days.
- Christmas shutdown between Christmas and New Year (three days deducted from annual leave entitlement).
