Job Summary:
StepV5 Digital Development Ltd is seeking a Digital Product Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day coordination and delivery of digital product initiatives. What you'll do:
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of digital product initiatives and development activities.
- Coordinate product roadmaps, project timelines, and feature releases.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Gather and prioritise business and user requirements.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and data.
- Support product testing, quality assurance, and release planning.
- Track project progress and prepare product performance reports.
- Help improve product workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
- Ensure product delivery aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
- Stay informed on digital product trends, emerging technologies, Agile practices, and user experience best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital products, product development, product coordination, project management, technology, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, digital product lifecycles, or software development processes is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £3,800.00-£5,400.00 per month
