Hey Global Events Limited delivers weddings, private parties, corporate events and brand activations.
Our main base is our own event space at Middlesex Stadium. We also work at venues across London and travel internationally for events with brands and private clients.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to manage our bar operations and support the planning and delivery of events.
This is a varied, hands-on role with opportunities to work at our own venue, across London and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage bar operations at Middlesex Stadium and external venues
- Support the planning and delivery of events
- Meet clients and host drinks-menu tastings
- Create bespoke cocktail and drinks menus
- Advise clients on drink selections and quantities
- Prepare stock, equipment and staffing requirements
- Manage event setup, service and breakdown
- Lead, train and motivate bar staff
- Manage stock, deliveries and suppliers
- Maintain excellent service, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Follow licensing, hygiene and responsible alcohol-service procedures
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and venue teams
- Travel for events when required
This role does not include responsibility for food or kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Bar management or supervisory experience
- Strong cocktail and drinks knowledge
- Excellent leadership and customer-service skills
- Good organisation and stock-management abilities
- Confidence dealing with clients and hosting tastings
- Event, wedding or brand-activation experience is desirable
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
