Summary
'We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Robin Hoods Wheelgate Family Theme Park in. This role is vital in ensuring our food services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, contributing to our mission of providing magical family experiences.'
Responsibilities
' Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Coordinate food preparation and presentation for various outlets within the park.
- The day to day running of several fast paced cafes and catering outlets
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage waste reduction
- Ensuring all areas are run to relevant standards (Safer Food Better Business, HACCP, FSA, etc)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead by example to foster a positive team environment.
- Staff training, paperwork and progression
- Collaborate with management to improve service delivery.
- Support special events and catering needs throughout the park.'
- Help develop fresh ideas that enhance our menus
- Qualifications
' Proven management and supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
- Previous experience as a catering manager or supervisor within a busy kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in food production, preparation, and service.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- A genuine passion for consistently high standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, coach, and inspire others
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good understanding of food safety, allergens, stock management, and kitchen compliance
- A positive, reliable, and hands-on approach with a willingness to step in wherever needed
- Driving licence, level 3 food hygiene qualification, and prior experience working with EHO preferred
Job Type: Full Time
Usual hours: 8am – 5pm, one day at weekend to be worked, school holiday availability required, with some variation seasonally as required by the business.
