Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career?
If you love looking after people, thrive in a busy hotel environment, and are ready for your first manager role, we'd love to hear from you.
At Sarova Hotels, we're a family-run collection of hotels where people genuinely matter. We believe that when we look after our team, they'll look after our guests. That's why we invest in our people, support career development, and create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged and able to grow.
Based in our beautiful, welcoming reception area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist who is ready to step into management. You'll be leading a friendly Front Office team of four Receptionists and two Porters, with the support and guidance of Raquel, our Deputy General Manager, as you develop your confidence and leadership skills.
This is much more than a reception role, it's your chance to make a real impact on both our guests' experience and your team's success.
The Role
Working 40 hours per week across any 5 days out of 7, you'll take the lead in the day-to-day operation of our Front Office department, ensuring every guest receives a warm Sarova welcome from arrival to departure.
You'll be the go-to person for the reception team, leading by example, supporting colleagues, solving problems, and helping create memorable guest experiences every day. Whether you're coaching a team member, welcoming a returning guest or handling a busy check-in, you'll set the tone for exceptional hospitality.
The role includes a mixture of early and late shifts, predominantly 7am - 3:30pm or 2:15pm – 10:45pm. Weekend and bank holiday working is required as part of the rota.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and excited by the opportunity to lead others. You don't need years of management experience, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, who is ready to take that next step.
Why join Sarova Hotels?
