We are seeking a professional, organised and personable Sales and Lettings Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our estate agency. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the office, acting as the first point of contact for clients while also providing key administrative support. The successful candidate will combine excellent customer service skills with strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails efficiently
- Respond to property enquiries and direct them appropriately
- Book and confirm valuations and appointments
- Maintain a tidy and professional office environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with pre-tenancy administration
- Assist with compliance administration (ID checks, AML, etc.)
- General office administration and support to the sales/lettings team
- Property Management Support
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arrange access for works and inspections
- Monthly key audit
- Ad-hoc property viewings when appropriate
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Good sales or negotiation skills and a customer focused approach
- A willingness to learn. Opportunities to develop and progress within the business are available.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Computer literate and good understanding of Outlook and CRM systems
- Experience in estate agency or property management (desirable but not essential)

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Full Time). Occasional Saturdays may be required in due course.

Please note some physical work is required, including walking a medium distance, touring properties including use of stairs.
