Part-Time Kitchen Porter – Grand Cholas, St Albans
Grand Cholas is a busy South Indian restaurant on Hatfield Road, St Albans (AL1 4UN). We're looking for a reliable, experienced part-time Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team, mainly evenings and weekends.
What you'll do
- Wash up and keep pots, pans, crockery and cutlery flowing during service
- Keep the kitchen, floors and wash-up area clean, tidy and safe
- Help with deliveries, storage and basic food prep as needed
- Support the chefs during busy periods
What we're looking for
- Previous kitchen porter or commercial kitchen experience — required
- Living in or near St Albans preferred (easy travel for evening finishes)
- Hardworking, punctual and a good team player
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
Hours & pay: based on experience , Apply with a short message about your experience and availability.
