This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected residential housebuilder on an initial temporary contract, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Upon joining permanently, you'll receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, a £3,000 car allowance, and the opportunity to earn up to a 10% annual bonus for achieving site targets.
We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager with a solid trade background who understands what it takes to deliver quality new-build homes from the ground up through to final customer handover.

The Role
- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential housing developments.
- Support the delivery of new-build homes from groundworks through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Monitor quality throughout every stage of the build and ensure exceptional finishing standards.
- Carry out inspections, snagging and final handovers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety on site.
About You
- Around 3-4 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
- A strong construction trade background.
- Experience helping deliver homes from the ground up through to completed handover.
- Excellent communication, organisational and customer liaison skills.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering quality homes and providing first-class customer service.
What's On Offer
